Is this a blockchain or cryptocurrency project?
Not at all. Tangled Network and its underlying protocol A2AL are pure networking technology — no tokens, no coin issuance, no financial instruments of any kind.
Does it cost money to use?
No. The A2AL protocol is open-source and permanently free. The core connection features carry no charges.
Does my communication pass through your servers?
Never. Network nodes only help you locate the other party's address. Your actual messages are end-to-end encrypted and travel directly between the two parties — no central server involved.
